Enjoy welcome stays, with carefree days in an idyllic rural setting.

Situated on Princes Highway as you arrive in town, our two 19th century cottages make a ideal holiday retreat for couples.

The cottages are part of an arts complex known as ‘180 Miles By Bike’ a name inspired by proximity to the original 180 miles from Melbourne marker that was situated directly opposite a turn of the century wood church, which is the owner's Carol and John’s gallery and studio.

Behind the building is an 1858 stone cottage, which forms part of the original homestead in this area of land known as Yates Hill.

The property originally a fruit produce farm takes its name from the original shepherd of the area Samuel Yates.
